The only caveat is that although they don't oversell their alpha plans (which start at $19.99 a month), their customers are allowed to.

HossHost is another option - For $16,99 a month, you get 25 GB storage and 150 GB bandwidth. They also offer master reseller accounts for an extra $9.99 a month.

Mochahost : Mochahost have a very high user rating. They offer both linux and windows reseller hosting plans, and use Raid 10 to protect their disks. Their plans start from 25 GB costing $9.87 a month, to 100 Gb at $43.17 a month. They did have realistic, published bandwidth caps on their plans, but they seem to have gone the way of the 'unlimited bandwidth' offer. They do guarantee 100% uptime however. 

Ubiquity : Plans start at $16.95 for 25 GB storage and 250 GB bandwidth per month. They use redundant, RAID 5 servers, which is a plus for reliability. They have some great customer feedback.
